The research on the policy of debt financing for the scientific middle and small enterprises

Abstract

The current situation of debt financing for the small and middle enterprises (SMEs) was analysis, and highlights current policies and measures supporting the debt financing for small and middle enterprises in some parts of China. By learning the experience and successful practices, some suggestions and recommendations on policy for supporting the scientific small and middle enterprises debt financing was proposed. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
