Abstract

This chapter focuses on the latest developments in traditional light-trapping structures. In this chapter, the discussions have been made mainly on the advancement in traditional light trapping, e.g., development and techniques for nano-sized textures, back reflectors, and the cell designs incorporating the latest developments. Interference lithography technique for nano-sized-inverted pyramids based in c-Si solar cell has been discussed. Also, brief introduction to nanoparticles-based back reflectors as well as plasmonic-based light director and related developments and scopes has been discussed.
