This research introduces an innovative approach for STEM teacher scholarship implementation. The purpose of this research is to introduce a new STEM teacher implementation model. This model will help recruit high-quality Noyce Scholars and retain and train them as effective STEM teachers. In this paper, we share the actual implementation experience of this strategy in the past three years for an existing STEM teacher education project funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). In addition, we prove that this strategy is effective with two types of evidence. First, we use the survey data collected from over twenty-five STEM teacher candidates. Secondly, we report the actual interview data and student feedback and share the experiences learned from the NSF Noyce project.
