Abstract

The feature of low jitter triggerability presents the pseudospark as another strong candidate for long lifetime modular pulsed power systems. Its geometry, containing apertures and large volumes, allows for a multitude of triggering schemes, such as using low current predischarges or lasers. A survey of results to date are given, with a suggestion of future capabilities
