Abstract

While the laparoscopic female pelvic anatomy has been known for many years, the laparoscopic male pelvic anatomy is a much more recent acquisition. Nowadays not only the normal anatomy but also the anatomy in the non-palpable testis is well known and laparoscopy has become the principal diagnostic tool in impalpable testis, which is the focus of this chapter. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2008.
