Abstract

In this chapter we present a compilation and review of radiocarbon dates from different arch aeological sites in the south central sector of Quebrada de Humahuaca, Jujuy Province, Argentina. These include those made by Beatriz Cremonte and her team in recent years, as well as those previously available for the region. After reviewing each radiocarbon dating and its context, conventional statistics and Bayesian modeling techniques are used to evaluate temporal trends.
