Abstract

This paper introduces some ideas on how various interactive Web 2.0 tools can be used by students to build their e-portfolios. The importance of creating portfolios, in particular, e-portfolios is emphasized throughout this paper. Examples are drawn from actual assignments that were set for students during the past semester from the Web Publishing module. The advantages and disadvantages students publishing their works online are also highlighted. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
