Abstract

This work is part of a research aimed at assessing the learning of students of Pedagogy courses in São Luís-Maranhão (Brazil). Specifically, it focuses on analyzing the satisfaction of these students with respect to the quality of the educational infrastructure according to the higher education institution. To this end, 560 students from three higher education centers participated, being two public universities and one private faculty. The questionnaire Student Satisfaction and Evaluation of Study Techniques was designed, which obtained a reliability of α = .974. In general, the results show that students are satisfied with the educational infrastructure offered. In addition, significant differences were found according to the institution of higher education. Finally, the findings coincide with the current scientific production and contribute to the discussion of a topic scarcely explored in the Brazilian research scenario.
