Abstract

The use of sensor networks is increasing more and more in many areas, such as scientific, medical, domestic, military etc. However, such networks are still suffering from a power autonomy limitation that restricts the network lifetime. Energy is a vital component for WSNs. Namely, energy and material resources remain a major challenge for these types of network. The lack of capacity and the search for solutions to these limitations remain the axis of the most curious research that vitally affects the life of such networks. Some new technologies are experiencing a considerable success these days, which is the cloud technology. The cloud is seen today as a major development in the computer world. The integration of this new technology scare offers a high storage and computing power capabilities. In this work, we seek to create a new architecture for wireless sensor network that can be used for different types of applications which cloud computing and cloudlets for wireless sensor networks to form a scalable network with high durability and high material strength.
