Abstract

The surgical technique of nine trainee surgeons, as recorded on videotape, was evaluated under five headings using a scoring system and the results were discussed with them. Six of the trainees were assessed on more than one occasion during their training. All trainees felt that they had benefited from the assessment. © 1991 The Trustees of British Association of Plastic Surgeons. All rights reserved.
