Marcos Egea-Cortines
Marcos Egea-Cortines We use R which is free. You need to learn its programing language like matlab. But it is second to none. Plenty of youtube videos, tutorials, free books. And major programs like Bioconductor for genomics are R programs.

I've recently added several papers dealing with power analysis. Any thoughts on the debates and usage of retrospective analysis of power?
ALSO- I still haven't decided on a "comfortable" way to do it with mixed effect models in SAS..
