Abstract

We examined antitumor activities of α-, β-monoglycosylceramides (MonoCers) and four diastereomers of an α-galactosylceramide (α-GalCer), and found that the α-GalCer among MonoCers and the 2S, 3R type among diastereomers show the strongest antitumor effects. © 1995.
