Crise et personne âgée: hospitalisation en milieu psychogériatrique

Abstract

Hospitalization in a psychiatric setting is often problematic and rather difficult for the patients' close relatives to go through. In the elderly, in particular in patients with dementia syndrome, this transition from the usual living context to the hospital will elicit several factors related to the "crisis" What are these challenges and how do they make sense?
