Abstract

Donepezil is one of the reversible acetylcholinesterase inhibitors which has been licensed in France since 1997 for use in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. There is an abundant body of recently published on this molecule. This article is a review of the main papers relevant to donepezil. © 2008 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
