Abstract

The present status of formation and electron device applications of III-V low dimensional structures is reviewed. Particular emphases are laid on recent efforts by the author's group on selective MBE growth of III-V nanowire networks and their applications to quantum (Q-) LSIs-based on the novel hexagonal binary decision diagram quantum circuit approach. Application to intelligent quantum chips is proposed. © 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
