Abstract

A comparison is made between different methods of performing picosecond spectroscopy with a tunable analyzing light source. A method is presented in which low-intensity continuous analyzing light from a He-Ne laser is used. In our first experiment with this method the electronic relaxation of pinacyanol in ethanol at different temperatures has been measured. © 1980, All rights reserved.
