Abstract

Bound exciton (BE) recombination associated with Cu-related comples defects in ZnTe gives rise to sharp electronic satellites. The observed energy shift between a BE line and a satellite associated with that line corresponds to a 1s-2s final state excitation on an acceptor at a different site. © 1984.
