Abstract

Hamsters immunized with affinity purified human T3 produced antibodies capable of immunoprecipitating the human T3/T cell receptor complex. In addition, these antisera detected similar molecular complexes by immunoprecipitation of surface labeled murine T cells, and thus contain antibodies which detect a cross-reactive epitope(s) on human and mouse T3. © 1987.
