Abstract

This article discusses the concept of excellence as it relates to the field of adapted physical activity. The author informs the reader how to achieve excellence in constructing research articles for submission to "Adapted Physical Activity Quarterly," as well as the pratfalls that many face in while researching adapted physical activity. The author also offers a checklist for prospective writers for "Adapted Physical Activity Quarterly" to follow before submitting a research article to the publication.
