Analysis on 31 Reports of Adverse Drug Reaction of Radix Astragali Injection

Abstract

[Objective]To analyse the causes of the adverse reactions(ADR)of radix astragali injection.[Methods]A statistic was conducted on 31 reports of adverse drug reactions related with Radix Astragali injection.[Results]The main ADR was allergy.Among the total,12 reports were cutaneous reaction(38.7%),6 anaphylactic Shock(19.4%),8 drug fever(25.8%)and 5 respiratory apparatus reaction(16.1%).[Conclusion]The reasons of ADR caused by Radix Astragali injection were miscellaneous.
