The analysis of digital evidence aims to look for the clues for further crime detection or reconstruct the attack actions scenarios for prosecution in court. However, data corruption, loss, tampering, incorrect interpretation, etc and too much experiential work and sensory presentation of the investigators will lead an inference conclusion to be fabricated to misdirect crime detection or implicate an innocent person. Evidence integrity is paramount to an investigation. Based on the analysis of practical inference analysis and the work of Kweku K Arthur, etc., a kind of Dynamic Labels of the Biba integrity model is presented, which can satisfy the practical application of the forensic evidence analysis while keeping evidence integrity strictly. The actual application result indicates that the method is flexible and practicable. © 2009 IEEE.
