The Jo/(arta, Bonlen, and Lada Bays have bun pol/uud by Ihe heavy merals. Tht study was conduCltd 10 Identify Ihe heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Cr, and Hg) blo accucumulallon In gonads and ils effects an oogenesis of green mussels (Perm:! viridis). The data collected were the number of oogenlum, primary oocytes, secondary ooqtes, diameter, square, and volume of follicle lumens on slage·/11 oogenesis. The comenl of heavy melal wos analyzed by Atoms Absorbent Spectrophotomerer (MS). The results indlcoted thaI Ihe gonad or grun mussels originated from Jakarlo bay have been blooccumulared I7y heavy meral. The gonad of green mussel contained Pb (600.3hS44.83 ppb), Cd (32. 2731:28.09' "pb), Cr (527.361:46/ "pb), dan Hg (0.02221:0.0264 pbb). Cd and Pb have been found In gonads originated from Bonten and Lada Boy while no Cr and Hg were detected. The concenlration of Cd and Pb were 6.937 ppb, 0.02/ mglL (Bonren Bay) dan 6.069 ppb, ond 0.0/8 mg/L (Lada Boy) respectively. The green mussels female Jakarta Bay originated shawed a strong carre/arion of Cr wilh developing of oogenia cells (r- 0.69), and secondary oocytes (r_ 0.57). All heavy metols Influenced the development of secondary oocytes (Pb, r_ 0.75; Cd, r- 0.57; Cr, r- 0.57; Hg, r- 0. 74), square (Pb, r_ 0.76; Cd, r_ 0.7/ ; Cr, r_ 0.S7; Hg,
