The reviewer agrees with praise on the book jacket asserting that this book is a balanced integration of the relevant law, policy, science and clinical practice. While many readers of this Journal may from time to time "discover" in piecemeal fashion some of the facts, concepts, and principles painstakingly organized and presented in this book, these same readers will not likely have been able to assimilate and apply the information as organized, "invented," and presented in this useful handbook. This volume would be a useful purchase for forensic mental health practitioners and legal professionals (who retain mental health practitioners) who engage in litigating sexual harassment cases, and would also be useful for sociologists and social scientists, business managers, policy makers, lawyers generally, and mental health professionals.
