Abstract

The article presents information on cyber bullying due to the use of cell phones, computers and other electronic devices and its effects on adolescent mental health of Ohio. It discusses the ill-fit statutes in Ohio legislature and the need of amending current anti-bullying educational statute and telecommunications harassment statutes. It further proposes new cyber bullying statute and recommendations for parents, legislators and school on how to respond to cyber bullying.
