Abstract

The projected cost for tackling climate change in the EU is sixty billion Euros annually. This and other environmental facts and figures are presented in the International Journal of Climate Change Strategies and Management. This international journal brings together components of environmental science and social science policy with governmental approaches to worldwide climate issues. It presents a holistic approach to the problem of climate change by looking at the issue from economic, scientific, social, and political perspectives. Each issue contains research papers, general papers, several case studies, news, and the sections “Books and resources,” “News from the net,” “Feature,” and “Diary.” The “Diary” is a list of upcoming conferences and meetings with short descriptions of each event. “Books and resources” contains short, unsigned book descriptions. Recommended for academic libraries and special audiences dealing with climate change.
