Abstract

A patient with crescendo angina underwent CTA, CTMPI and invasive angiography. Abnormal flow reserve was demonstrated in the RCA territory, which corresponded to a significant lesion demonstrated on CTA and invasive angiography. The defect was demonstrated prior to PCI, and resolved post PCI. © 2011 Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.
