Abstract

The paper titled The definition of social pedagogy in the context of socio-cultural diversity discusses the context of social pedagogy in Europe and its general definition. It also focuses on the specification of socio-cultural diversity in Central Europe. The paper has a theoretical-empirical character and the aim of the research is to define social pedagogy in terms of socio-cultural diversity in the Czech Republic by applying the Delphi method. The main purpose of this paper is to define social pedagogy, social and cultural diversity in the Czech Republic and social pedagogy in the context of socio-cultural diversity. These characteristics were obtained through analysis of the experts' opinion on the issue.
