Abstract

The article focuses on the changes in the job positions of teachers. It states that the job positions should result from appropriate systems analyses of the allocation of job duties to the personnel subsystem. It poses the types of jobs required for the positions such as the system manager, the system designer, and human components in the instructional systems. Moreover, the teacher's role will focus on the strengths and weaknesses of students and the prescription of instructional tasks.
