This paper examines students' priorities with respect to their satisfaction with facilities services offered at higher educational institutions . The undertaken survey forms a basis for measuring facilities performance within higher educational institutions. The paper starts with a review of previous work in this subject area. It provides a background theory of customer's satisfaction with regards to higher education facility services and then outlines the methodology of the study. Sampling and data collection methods are discussed, followed by the analysis.
