This research used a qualitative approach. Based on the research findings and discussion, it can be concluded 1) in the substance of Turath-based curriculum policy in Arabic and Nahwu courses in Arabic Education program in INKAFA Gresik, the components of curriculum have been based on Turath. 2) The implementation of Turath-based curriculum policy with several stages is started from rector to implementer, which is Arabic Education program. 3) The inhibiting factors in the implementation are a) students who use references beside Turath (books of Indonesian translation or other sources); b) The number of language laboratory is fewer compared to the number of the users. 4) The solution in the implementation of Turath-based policy is the establishment of the Institute for Tutoring Yellow Kitab / Turath (LABBAIK). However, the solution about the addition of language laboratory media to support Arabic language courses has been resolved.
