Abstract

The article offers information on the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and its implications for professionalism of lawyers. It analyze key areas wherein CSR policies pertain to lawyers which includes ethics and justice system, flex time employment requirements, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). It describes CSR as a part of global capitalism and private regulation and discusses CSR policies which help in transforming the framework under which lawyers work.
