Abstract

Photolithographically defined monolithic membrane valves utilizing Fluorocur™ perfluoropolyether (PFPE) were fabricated and characterized to be essentially unaltered after one million actuations and exposure to the environmental stresses associated with in situ exploration of Mars. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.
