Abstract

Locations of Lutra lutra spraints, tracks and resting places (both holts and above-ground couches) were mapped. Eels Anguilla anguilla and salmonids (brown trout Salmo trutta, Atlantic salmon Salmo salar and charr Salvelinus alpinus) were the most important elements in the diet throughout the study area, but there was appreciable variation in diet with location. -P.J.Jarvis
