Abstract

Initial broad overview of the use of ecolabels and case studies of selected sectors. Intended to provide insight into the design and utilisation of ecolabels and certifications. Assess the role that certification and ecolabels can play in accelerating green production and use/consumption. Standardisation is the key issue in choosing and differentiating between labels and standards.
