Abstract

The New Paradigm of Vocational Education and Technology: Framework Thought Of Learning Innovation. Technological and vocational education (TVE) has not occupy a meaningful position in our educational stage, while the world continues to change along with all the new demands. Communities are also increasingly aware that certain types of jobs suddenly dimmed and then disappeared. It follows on that the emerging new kinds of work with his new charges. At least there are three challenges to be faced in order for the TVE continue to play a significant role in the coming century, i.e. TVE should focus on how best to serve the learners, the environment must provide the best educational opportunities, and build support in within the larger educational community about the importance of TVE as part of educational buildings. The trend of new TVE reform effort requires a comprehensive and earnest. The level of learning, paradigmatic shift required in performing the learning innovations.
