Abstract

The study, first published in 2004, looks at databases on clinical negligence litigation, what kind of claims for clinical negligence there have been, and studies cases in different settings such as general practice, general surgery and medicine, psychiatry and obstetrics. © The Royal Society of Medicine Press Ltd 2010.
