Abstract

I think Im a customer of Google and Facebook. So do you. So do most people who use Google and Facebook. Believing that were customers, we make a basic assumptionthat, at their core, these gigantic and fast-growing companies are designed to serve us, so they cant play fast and loose with our best interests. © 2011 IEEE.
