Abstract

Cyclophilins have prolyl isomerase activity, but evidence for their suggested role in protein folding in cells has been scarce; now they have been found to accelerate the folding of mitochondrial precursor proteins. © 1995 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
