Abstract

Tables show the production of leaves, flowers and fruits by 68 lianas, representing 43 species, during Jan. 1980-Feb. 1981. The liana data were compared with phenological data for 16 species of light-demanding (pioneer) trees and 10 species of shade-tolerant trees.
