Abstract

Because of the role of the RhoA/Rho kinase (ROCK) pathway in regulating numerous pathologic processes including vasoconstriction, vascular remodeling, and fibrosis, ROCK inhibitors may be especially beneficial in treating Raynaud's phenomenon and scleroderma. © 2008 Elsevier Inc.
