The microstructural features observed in Inconel 625 after service exposure and different post service-aging treatments were described. The room temperature tensile properties of this alloy evaluated after heat treatments were presented. Further, an attempt has been made to correlate the tensile flow behavior and fracture modes with microstructural aspects.
