Abstract

The methods and forms of training available for project managers in Czechoslovakia are discussed taking into account the unique characteristics of the labour force. With the foreseen important structural changes in the economy, the retraining of workers to cope with different forms of work is seen as an important issue to come to terms with. Moreover, the structure of training courses would need to be examined with a view to future developments. © 1989.
