Window Dressing or Transformation? Intercultural Education Influenced by Globalization and Neoliberalism in a Secondary School in the Canary Islands, Spain

Abstract

This article profiles intercultural education efforts at schools on the Canary Islands. After a brief profile of this autonomous community of Spain, descriptions of national efforts to promote intercultural education as they are enacted in one particular school setting are provided.
