Software Development did with utmost care and vigilance is bound to have bugs, limitations and errors because there is always a difference between what the users wanted, how the analyst interpreted, how it actually worked. It is the requirement of the design that has to be best suited by a SDLC .It is the job of the analyst to choose the right SDLC Model and implement it.
