School bullying question is under consideration only since ten years. This phenomenon concern about 15% of child in age to be scholarized and this rate is the same in all the country where school's obligation is respected. School bullying between pupils originates in situations where difference in not taken into acompt and mediatized by an adult. It is an check of integration into a group. When school bullying arrive beetwen teacher and pupil it showes a failure in pedagogic relation. School bulying's consequencies are begining to be studied: lost of self-estime, depression, anxious school refusal, eating disorders, and suicide, which make absolutely necessary to recognize this phenomenon yet insufficently known.
