Implementation and deployment of the registry services -- Phase I

Abstract

The objective of WP3 is to design, implement and deploy an open, dynamic and scalable registry for the SemsorGrid4Env software architecture defined in WP1. The registry to be developed will allow the description and discovery of Semantic Sensor Grid resources: sensors, sensor networks, data sources, ontologies etc.In this deliverable we present the implementation of stSPARQL that is the basis of the SemsorGrid4Env registry implementation. We will describe the source code of Strabon, provide some sample stRDF data and a set of stSPARQL queries that are supported by the current version of Strabon. We will also describe the steps that are necessary to build, install and run Strabon.
