Abstract

Leaners will gain insight into the future of meta-synthesis-generated theory within health care. They will learn how to assess whether a theory is ready for use in practice, and they will understand how to compare findings across meta-synthesis investigations. Leaners will also be able to identify opportunities for updating meta-synthesis-generated theories and articulate rationale for doing so.
