Abstract

The article discusses five pricing options available to customers entering contracts agreement with third-party logistics (3PL) in Australia. It presents four contentious issues that should be considered while drafting contracts. The five pricing options include fixed price, percentage of goods value and activity based rates. The four contentious issues are liability, ullage, ownership and consequential damages.
