Abstract

Outlines the management development program and contends that it has wide application across diverse types of organizational settings. The 3 phases of the program are team building, managing human performance, and career development. Normative processes involved include preliminary diagnosis, data gathering, data feedback, discussion and exploration, action planning, and implementation.
