Positive Organizational Behavior: Developing and Managing Psychological Strengths

Abstract

A new conceptual schema called a prototype for the representation of generalized design knowledge is proposed. It contains knowledge necessary for the commencement and the continuation of a design. This paper briefly presents the schema and describes its use in designing. Its use in categorizing design processes is presented.
